Data Deletion Request

Request removal of your personal data from the Tetreum platform

Under applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, and others), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data that Tetreum collects and stores. This page explains what data we hold and how to submit a deletion request.

🗃 What Data We Store

•Full name and email address
•Account credentials (password hash)
•Cryptocurrency wallet address
•Transaction and purchase records
•Login history, IP addresses, and device info
•Referral and reward data
•Communication preferences and settings
•Social login identifiers (Google, Microsoft, etc.)

⚠ What Cannot Be Deleted

Blockchain transaction records are immutable by nature and cannot be removed from the public ledger. Financial records may also be retained as required by applicable law for a period of up to 7 years.

✉ How to Submit a Request

1Send an email to privacy@tetreum.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
2Include your registered email address and any associated wallet address in the message body
3We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days

⏱ Timeline

All deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
